Refund & Cancellation Policy

At GoldoraCraft, we strive to provide the best possible service for our customers. However, due to the nature of custom and high-value gold jewellery, we have specific policies.

1. Cancellation Policy

Orders placed at GoldoraCraft can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed or production has started on custom items, cancellation is not possible.

2. Refund Policy

GoldoraCraft offers a 7-day return policy for standard stock items, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Custom-made and engraved jewellery pieces are non-refundable.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Items such as nose pins and earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. GoldoraCraft reserves the right to refuse returns if the item shows signs of wear or damage.

4. Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by GoldoraCraft, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.
